Compared to the last few weekends we have a relatively quiet one planned. Tomorrow after my hair appointment, I’m going lingerie shopping to find something to wear under my dress! Swit swoo ay!
We also have a wedding reception to go to tomorrow night, which I’m really looking forward to. Hayley is one of the bridesmaids so it’ll be fun to see her all dressed up! Sunday I do not plan to leave my bed! A day of doing absolutely nothing is just what the doctor ordered.
We must be mad, stupid or love live music (or all three!) because this weekend we’re off to yet another festival. We’re going to the Sonisphere Festival in Knebworth. I hoping the weather will be as kind to us as it was last weekend – I really don’t fancy having to test out my new waterproof jacket!
So if the weather does turn wet this weekend, think of me as you scroll through these lovely links from this week ♥
Uber pretty wedding with very cute details, I ♥ the thumb print guest book tree.
Rock ‘n Roll! I love when a wedding is a true reflection of the couple
I love balloons and I love that dress and those shoes. Part 1. Part 2
Am I coming? Am I going? I can’t really tell this week! All I know is that after I finish work this afternoon I’ll be driving to London for the High Voltage Festival, then driving all the way back again Sunday night ready to start work again on Monday morning. (Monday’s are hard enough without having a weekend of rocking and a Sunday night without sleep! eeek!)
If unlike me you have a spare few minutes this weekend, check out these lovelies!
I defy you not to find every single detail of this wedding gorgeous!
I’ll be up early tomorrow to help out Has’ Mom sell her Worry Bears at Lichfield Craft Market, then Sunday we’re off to Has’ brother’s house to watch the World Cup Final… who will win? The Octopus predicts Spain, I wonder if he’s right?!
Happy Friday Lovelies – we’ve made it through another week, how was it for you?
We’re in London today seeing Pearl Jam at Hyde Park, tomorrow we’re seeing Ozzy in the Town Hall in Birmingham – Can’t get enough live music!
Sunday I’m doing the Race for Life, I’ve already raised £60 to go towards Cancer Research, if you want to get involved you can sponsor me via this website.
Have you caught World Cup fever? Will you be watching the England match tonight? (Anyone else wanting to burn every last vuvuzela?) Suzie is popping over later to escape the football liar that will be her flat, so we’re going to be doing odd wedding relating jobs, drinking tea and having a good catch up – I haven’t seen her in weeks!
Tomorrow Has and I are going to Wembley to see my favourite band.ever! Green Day! I’m so jump-up-and-down-and-squeal-excited! I can’t wait.
We have no plans for Sunday except relaxing and seeing our dads. What do you have planned?
A really fun looking engagement shoot – they look like they had a blast!
Ever had a cakepop? Me neither, my attempt failed miserably in a bowl smushed up of cake and icing. Bakerella makes these look easy! Burgers and Bees – Yum!
Happy Friday! I have a monster of a weekend this week. We’re going to the Download Festival next Wednesday so we’re busy trying to shop and pack for that – as well as buying new poles for our tent, pretty important eh! We’re also going to the free Rage Against the Machine gig in Finsbury Park on Sunday and I’m seeing Sex and the City 2 with Suzie tomorrow. Can.Not.Wait!
The details, the dress, the shoes! I adore the work of Brandon Kidd but this wedding is something extra special!
I’m sure you’ve all seen this wedding, but seriously – they thought of everything, right down to the “Just Married” sash the bride let loose on her wedding dress!
Alice in Wonderland inspired weddings and hen parties are huge right now, they’re everywhere – but I couldn’t help but fall in love with these invitations. They reminded me of something I fell in love with on Etsy a while back
Just to toot my own horn a little and to say thank you, two very lovely ladies have mentioned me on their blogs. The Wedding Genie and Caroline’s Cake Company. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
