This is a scheduled post
Our wedding day would not have been so perfect without the help of so many wonderful friends and family. No matter how many times I say Thank You, it will never come close to how grateful we are.
I wanted to highlight and publicly thank these people for being so utterly amazing and wonderful!
My Mom. My beautiful amazing mom. You’ve been my rock through all the planning, when things have become to much you’ve been there to take the strain. I’ve enjoyed every second, even stringing up 80 chalkboard hearts on to our makeshift line and spray painting them – or covering ourselves in purple paint when we’d run out of gloves. I honestly could not have functioned without you by my side.
My Dad. My soppy Dad with his “Cilla Smile” Thank you for always being there to support me, through life and down the aisle. I’ll always be your little girl.
My brother Paul. When the wedding planning and stress got too much, you were always there to lighten the mood with a silly joke that would send me into fits of giggles. When I joked that you’d have to wear a white suit you were game. I love you forever!
Suzie and Hayley. My absolutely-breathtakingly-stunning bridesmaids. I seriously can not express how grateful I am for all the time you’ve spent helping us create our dream day. From traipsing around bridal shops, cutting out Chrysler Buildings and listening to my endless worries and moans, you’ve both been invaluable and I could not have asked for better friends. I love you both dearly.
Sue and Mo. My new mother and father-in-law! Sue, thank you for endlessly sewing together over 160 fabric hearts for our ceremony and tirelessly making ceramic hearts for our favours. Thank you both for making me feel a part of the family from day one
Natalie and Sophie. My gorgeous bridesmaids and cousins. Thank you dearly for both being a part of our day. You both looked amazing and I love you millions!
Harriet. My “cousin” Thank you for working your magic on my make up and being a really great friend. My oldest friend. xxx
Amanda. My own personal “Fronk” and new sister-in-law. Your advice and ideas have been invaluable, I can’t tell you how much you helped me out when I was completely stumped on our floral arrangements! You helped make the hen weekend run smoothly and took great care of “Black-Eyed-Pea Nanny!”
Huge thank you’s to Sarah, Julie and Kerry for always offering support and advice when I needed it most.
Also all of my twitter and blog friends who have been a great source of inspiration, comfort and support throughout.
“Loving what I know of you
Trusting in what I do not yet know
I am looking forward to the chance
To grow old with you
And to love you a little more each day…”
Today I will be saying these words to you. Believing and meaning them with everything I have.
Today you’ll make me your wife and the happiest girl alive.
I love you more than I can ever explain. You’re my best friend.
All my love always and forever

This is me signing off! My last post as Miss F.
I have organised a few guest posts and other scheduled treats so the blog isn’t completely neglected whilst I’m away.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone on twitter and in blog land who have added a little something extra to the fun of planning a wedding. I loved documenting our wedding journey on Purple and Pearls and I’ve loved sharing the excitement with so many different people on twitter and even on the comments on this blog. I’ve had so many emails and messages from people I’ve never actually met all wishing Has and I the best for our wedding day which completely overwhelms me. You’re all fabulous!!
Also Fliss from Any Other Wedding is getting married on Saturday 6th. Massive congratulations to you! I hope your day is everything you’d dreamed it would be!
It’s show time… see you on the other side!!!
I though it only right that my last DIY post before the wedding was the project that has been the biggest challenge. The Chrysler Building Order of Services.
It started out as another one of my “wouldn’t it be cool if we could just…” ideas and ended up with bruised fingers and last minute trips to Hobby Craft.
So without further ado – the finished article

I’m glad I stuck with my initial idea because I’m really pleased with how they look but boy am I glad they;re finished!!
Trevor and Dawn are wonderful, they surprised me with the most perfect necklace to wear on my wedding day.

It’s by Yarwood White and matches the rest of my jewellery. I really am a very lucky lady! The necklace is beyond gorgeous and no photograph can capture just how sparkly it really is. I absolutely love it.
Thank you so much Uncle Trevor and Auntie Dawn I love you both truly. xxx
or at least that’s what it feels like!

and this is just one room of the house!!!
