Purple and Pearls

I’m going to do a full write up about my Hen Weekend this week, but first I need to make a very public and very BIG thank you to all the girls who made my hen party so amazing.

Even though there were ladies there from all aspects of my life, everyone got on so well.  I didn’t need to make any introductions because before I knew it everyone was mingling, talking and getting to know each other.

Special thank you’s have to go to Suzie and Hayley for organising all the little secrets, Harriet for glamming me up on the night, Amanda for being a star and sorting out so many little things, like the Ice Bar reservation!  My Mom to running around the day before helping the girls with their surprises!  And my Nans for being total troopers and rockin’ out until the early hours!

All of the girls had clubbed together and bought me not one but TWO beautiful Thomas Sabo Charm Bracelets.  The first one was adorned with charms to represent various things about me.  A pearl, the letter L, the Statue of Liberty, and a cocktail in a Martini glass.  (The last one represents the hen party not because I’m an alcoholic haha!)

Absolutely love it and I was completely blown away!!  The second bracelet is for me to wear on the wedding day… Purple and Pearls

That wasn’t it either!  They brought out a scrapbook full of memories, photos and lovely words.  Each of them had created a page or two to slip into the book.  It’s such a beautiful idea and I can’t stop looking through it.

The generosity and thoughtfulness of all the girls completely overwhelmed me – it makes me teary to think about how much they all did for me.  Love you all so much, thank you again and again for the perfect weekend xxx
